Practicality is equally essential to our research of the traditional internal boxing systems. We believe martial arts expertise begins with gravity. Gravity, in this context, refers to becoming centered through hard work by engaging in such activities as physical exercise, standing Qi Gong practice, and the application of proper breathing techniques, among others, before the fullest and truest expression of the internal boxing systems (in both form and practical application) is possible.</p>
